Notes:
Family moved to San Fernando, CA for Iiron`s health approx 1914. Member of first football team of San Fernando High School in 1915 and first graduating class.
The family moved back to Pawnee, NE in 1916 for several yrs. He lived on the farm owned by his father, Lewis Flanagin, out of Pawnee City after marrying Willie. Returned to CA with Willie and family in 1928. Became janitor at San Fernando High from where he retired.
Active at San Fernando 1st Church of Christ for many years until moving to Turlock, CA. Bought farm and raised Black Angus cattle until his death.
Couldn`t join military during WWI as there was a freeze of new recruits due to the flu epidemic.
